Landhaus Koller welcomes you in the heart of the Unesco World Heritage region of the Salzkammergut. We are a family-run hotel with an excellent cuisine and a rich 150-year-old history. Our country house is easily accessible from Salzburg/Munich or Vienna/Bad Ischl and is located not far from Hallstatt, in the high valley of Gosau, at the foot of the Dachstein.
Landhaus Koller is the perfect place to find peace and quiet, and in summer as well as winter, the ideal starting point for cultural experiences and nature adventures in the beautiful landscapes of the Salzkammergut.

20 rooms and no elevator
Carefully guiding a historic house into the 21st century requires sensitivity and intuition. We have replaced “always more” and “always new” with family hospitality and gastronomic quality. We offer king-size beds and the most beautiful view of the Gosau Valley and the Gosaukamm. Our country house is surrounded by a large park that broadens into fields and meadows for our donkeys, an area that is available to all our guests and whose centerpiece is our large heated outdoor swimming pool.
In the immediate vicinity of the villa and pool are our family studios, comprising of four individual spacious apartments that can accommodate up to 6 people.
